We had such an amazing stay! Milena looked after us so well, after our bus was cancelled and delayed she was still able to arrange a pick up and greet us with a smile. It really made the stressful day we had so much easier. Our stay was wonderful, the location was perfect. Milena gave us lots of recommendations and took great care of us. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We were sad to leave. And Mario the driver of the hotel gave us an amazing send off through sharing a coffee with us and helping us get on the right train. We booked a Queen Room with Spa Bath and were completely enchanted with our stay.
The room was away from the reception area, so felt a bit like our own Air BnB.
The bed was comfy, nicely designed room, complimentary mini bar (including Prosecco which was a treat), and a complimentary TukTuk ride to/ from the free public car park outside of the old town.
Would recommend paying the extra for this experience as it really made our time in Monopoli!
Awesome staff, they were so kind and helpful! The rooms were spacious, with lovely modern decor and all amenities you might need. Good breakfast. The location couldn't be better. My room was right next to the best ice cream shop in the town centre - something that I definitely did not take advantage of every single day (cough, cough).

Great apartment hotel in the middle of old town. They went out of their way to check us in outside of their regular check in times as our flight was delayed by 3+ hours. The air conditioning wasn’t working in the apartment we initially booked but we were moved into their other hotel in the new city which was equally as nice.
